The big news for lakhs of central employees and pensioners of the country is that their salary is going to increase once again. The DA which is 28 percent can be up to 31 percent in the month of August. In fact, the Dearness Allowance for June 2021 has not been announced yet. According to experts, looking at the figures of AICPI, it can be clearly estimated that the salary of the central employees of the country will be increased by 3% and dearness allowance. In such a situation, the total inflation to the central employees will be 31 percent.
Let us tell you that the dearness allowance has been increased from 11% to 28% from 11% i.e. 17% by the government. Which is the sum of Dearness Allowance till January 2021. Dearness Allowance for June 2021 is to be announced. After which the salary of all the employees will be increased according to the basic of the central employees. Let us also tell you that after all, how much will be increased in the salary of employees with minimum basic and maximum basic.
Effect on the salary of those with minimum basic:
The dearness allowance at the rate of 28 percent will be Rs 5040 for those who get the basic salary of Rs 18000, which till now was Rs 3060 at the rate of 17 percent. That is, an increase of Rs 1980 has been seen in DA in a month. That is, there will be an increase of DA by Rs 23760 annually.
On the other hand, if we talk about the 31 percent dearness allowance, then the dearness allowance on the basic of Rs 18000 will be Rs 5580 per month. That is, an increase of Rs 2520 per month and Rs 30,240 per annum will be seen against the 17% dearness allowance.
Effect on the salary of those with maximum basic :
with maximum basic the other hand, if we talk about the maximum basic salary, then the maximum basic salary of Rs 56900 will be Rs 15,932 per month according to the dearness allowance of 28 percent, which was being made Rs 9673 per month at the rate of 17 percent. That is, there has been a difference of Rs 6259 per month, which will be Rs 75,108 annually.
If we look at this calculation according to 31 percent DA, then the basic salary of the employee will be Rs 56,900 and according to 31 percent dearness allowance, DA will be Rs 17,639 per month. While the account of 17 percent was Rs 9673. That is, the dearness allowance has increased by Rs 7966 per month. This annual increase has increased to Rs 95,592.
